About The Installation
One step toward a future where no one is left to suffer in silence.
What is the National Mall Installation?

This Headache on the Hill National Installation is a bold, undeniable statement that we will no longer be ignored.

Who We Are
The Headache Alliance
The Headache Alliance and Alliance for Headache Disorders Advocacy are dedicated to advancing policy, research, and awareness for headache and migraine disorders. We work alongside patients, caregivers, clinicians, researchers, other health professionals, and policymakers to break down stigma, improve access to care, and advocate for life-changing treatments.
Through initiatives like Headache on the Hill, the National Mall Installation, our monthly lunch & learn series, and ongoing advocacy and awareness campaigns, we are ensuring that people living with headache disorders have a seat at the table when decisions about healthcare policy, funding, and research are made.
This installation is one step toward a future where no one is left to suffer in silence.
“This installation is more than a display; it’s a movement. Every flag, every voice, every advocate here represents someone who has struggled for too long without the care and recognition they deserve. Together, we are demanding more.”
— Julienne Verdi, Executive Director, The Headache Alliance & Alliance for Headache Disorders Advocacy
