Migraine & Headache Awareness Month

Headache on the Hill Purple flag 2025

A Time to Shine a Light on Headache Disorders

Every June, the headache disorders community comes together for Migraine & Headache Awareness Month (MHAM)—a month dedicated to education, advocacy,
and action. This is a time to raise awareness, fight stigma, and push for policy change to ensure that migraine and other headache disorders are recognized, researched, and properly treated.

This year, MHAM 2025 will be bigger than ever with the National Mall Installation serving as a powerful centerpiece of visibility and action.

Migraine & Headache Awareness Month (MHAM)

The theme of this year’s MHAM is: Your Path to Better Days
