From June 13 to June 28, 2026, thousands of purple flags will stand in Washington, D.C. as a public demand for action on migraine and headache disorders. Each flag represents approximately 1,500 people living with these conditions in the United States. Pop-up installations and events are taking place in communities across the country throughout the month of June.
Headache disorders are common, costly, and chronically under-addressed.
The Headache Education, Access, Diagnosis, and Care Health Equity Act would create the first comprehensive federal response to migraine, cluster headache, and other headache disorders. It is the bill this community has needed for generations.
What the bill does:
Science has advanced. Federal policy still has not caught up. Tell your members of Congress that migraine, cluster headache, and other headache disorders deserve a national plan.
